The rights mentioned above are transferred to you in perpetuity, meaning they do not expire or revert to Thiaverse at any point in time. You are free to sell, trade, or transfer the NFT, along with its associated rights, to any third party without the need for approval or consent from Thiaverse.

3. Prohibited Uses

While you are granted broad rights to the artwork associated with your NFT, certain uses of the artwork are prohibited. These include:

• Using the artwork in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal in any way.

• Claiming that you are the original creator of the artwork.

• Using the artwork in a way that infringes upon the rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and privacy rights.

4. Intellectual Property

It is important to note that while you obtain full rights to the artwork associated with your NFT, Thiaverse retains the copyright to the artwork itself. This means that Thiaverse may continue to display, promote, and sell copies of the artwork, provided it does not infringe on your rights as outlined in this agreement.

5. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thiaverse operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of said jurisdiction.

By purchasing an NFT from Thiaverse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this License Agreement.
