While you are granted broad rights to the artwork associated with your NFT, certain uses of the artwork are prohibited. These include:

• Using the artwork in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal in any way.

• Claiming that you are the original creator of the artwork.

• Using the artwork in a way that infringes upon the rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and privacy rights.

4. Intellectual Property

It is important to note that while you obtain full rights to the artwork associated with your NFT, Thiaverse retains the copyright to the artwork itself.
